Nikolaos Frantzeskakis wins the Lynne Rienner Best Dissertation Award

The award committee attributed the Lynne Rienner Best Dissertation Award to Nikolaos Frantzeskakis (University of Birmingham) for his dissertation titled "Speaking of Home: Local Representation and Re-Election in Africa"

The award committee gave an honorable mention to Matthias Kroenke (University of Reading) for his dissertation titled "Conveyor-Belts Of Information: TheRole Of Political Parties In Service Delivery In Africa" and to Xichavo Alecia Ndlovu (University of Witwatersrand) for her dissertation titled "Resource Rents And Democratization In Sub-Saharan Africa."
